"the Lord will take care of us" Most recently read that, as the strategy of the Iranian mullahs to defend their country against Iraq's overwhelming military superiority in 1980. Actually that worked out pretty well for them. It was probably Allah that inspired all those kids to run at the machine guns waving plastic keys...
